David McWilliam
Based in Pokolbin, he’s a hands-on vigneron with a passion for the land and winemaking that runs in his blood.
When he’s not among the vines, David’s happiest spending time with his family, catching a few waves at Blueys Beach, or riding the family horses.
Shane Martin
Shane is the man who keeps things ticking out at Mount Hill. With over 30 years of viticulture experience under his belt, there’s not much Shane hasn’t seen—or done—when it comes to managing vineyards.
Shane plays a key role in keeping Mount Hill moving in the right direction—making sure the vines get what they need, when they need it.
Andrew McWilliam
Andrew “Drew” McWilliam – 4th Generation
As a proud fourth-generation member of the original McWilliam family, Andrew—affectionately known as Drew—brings both heritage and hands-on dedication to Mount Hill Vineyard. A devoted Poppy and an expert in post replacement, there’s little Drew won’t roll up his sleeves to tackle around the vineyard.
Beyond the vines, he’s a keen golfer and a true enthusiast of all things wine, always ready to sample and share in the craft that has defined his family for generations.
Amy McWilliam
Amy oversees operations and marketing at Mount Hill Vineyard, ensuring the business runs efficiently and with purpose. Her leadership and commitment to best practice were instrumental in achieving the vineyard’s sustainable certification, reflecting her strong passion for sustainability and excellence.
